My name is Karin Tegtmeier – with empathy and appreciation I accompany, consult and develop people in their careers and personnel successes.
Having grown up in a small craft trade business, I know its strengths and challenges. After studies in Human Sciences, I trained and certified in Systemic Organisational Consulting, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Master) and Integral Coaching (ICC Professional). With 25 years of corporate experience and applying my skills in the technical industry, working in Germany, France and abroad (at Airbus and Daimler), I have been an expert, manager, consultant and coach in personnel development, training, recruitment and change management, which allowed me to develop a profound understanding of human behaviours in complex situations, as unique human beings, in teams and in organizations.
